Leadership Tip: Lead Yourself First!

Spend some time just you and God sometime on Saturday night or Sunday morning before your services. Be a worshiper before being a worship leader.

Before you’re a leader, before there’s career pressure, before there’s performance pressure, before you have any responsibilities, before you have to be a pastor, before it has to sound good, before everything - just be a child of God in the presence of God.

That may be more of a worship tip than a leadership tip, but I promise it will do a lot for your leadership!
