Worship leaders are often trained as musicians, but expected to be ministers. This leaves them feeling unqualified and insecure about 50% of their job! At Worship Leader Coaching (WLC), we help worship leaders develop the leadership and pastoral skills needed to lead their teams and churches!
We know how it feels to lead when it seems like no one is following. We know how hard it is look down from a stage and see blank stares. We know how difficult it can be to lead a team that doesn’t seem like they’re on the same page.
We also know how it feels when that changes. We know how great it is to see hands lifted in worship and hear congregations singing at the top of their lungs. We know the power of turning a team of musicians into a team of ministers. And we know how to help you get there.
WLC was started by Caleb Holgerson. A worship leader, pastor, and author who has spent the last decade leading teams and churches all over the country, serving churches of all sizes and of many denominations.
He has passion for growing leaders and building worshiping churches. That passion has led him to write for, speak to, and coach worship leaders through WLC!
